In theory, if you haven’t unsubscribed or changed your email address, emails should arrive at your inbox normally. However, most of the free email providers such as yahoo, aol have become more strict handling bulk emails to prevent spam or email scams. This means emails sent through nepsoss email address might be rejected by your email provider’s server, which results in not receiving the emails timely or in correct folder. Because it’s up to the email providers to update their policy, we have to accept as it happens.

NepSoSS is working on making things easier by integrating technology and incorporating effective communication methodology. To rectify this intermittent issue, we have several measures in place but we require your support. You, as an enthusiast, can support us by doing simple step when you receive emails which goes to incorrect folder or even spam/junk.
